The Supreme Court’s Arguments on Blocking Gender “Care” for Minors

This year, we’ve had several court cases in the US alone that had the potential to shape jurisprudence regarding critical matters around the world. For instance, the Murthy v Missouri case is primarily focused on exposing and challenging the censorship industrial complex; the recent Danielle Penny case challenged the relevance of the #BlackLivesMatter movement and its highly racialised politics. The same was true in other countries, for instance the Brazilian Supreme Court’s Justice Alexandre de Moraes authorised a nationwide shutdown of the X platform before also authorising the restoration of the platform X´s service in Brazil a month after. Well, recently the Supreme Court in the US leaned toward upholding a Tennessee law that restricts gender transition treatments (which are really genital mutilation and castration procedures) for minors in a significant case in light of the war on the innocence of children – and we ought to talk about this further.
SCOTUS HEARS ARGUMENTS ON BLOCKING GENDER “CARE” FOR MINORS
And now onto our main discussion, looking at the Supreme Court in the US leaning toward upholding a Tennessee law that restricts so-called gender transition treatments for minors. Now, this case (in essence) decides whether, under the US constitution, states are allowed to outlaw child mutilation in the name of gender ideology. But, now, a few years or even months back, this case would have been inconceivable because it was considered inherently wrong to allow children to consent to irreversible harm, which would be inclusive of the almost irreversible procedures that are conducted of so-called transgender children. Of course, what then happened is that trans activists intimidated people who opposed gender ideology (especially through the incorporation of cancel culture). You’d recall that a few months back, we discussed that the gender agenda is now also a mechanism for targeting those who dissent to it – which is to say that the gender agenda is being weaponised to function as a liberal tool for attacking whistleblowers who speak against it. In fact, we recently discussed the news of the DOJ’s charge against Dr Eithan Haim in Texas.
More specifically, the DOJ unsealed an indictment against Dr Eithan Haim, who last year leaked evidence of cross-sex hormone procedures being performed at a Texas hospital despite the facility claiming to have halted them, with the surgeon facing four felony counts for alleged violations of a medical-records law that could land him in prison for up to 10 years. The DOJ announced on June 17 that it had charged Dr Haim for obtaining protected individual health information for patients who were not under his care, allegedly acting without authorisation and with intent to cause malicious harm to Texas Children’s Hospital (TCH).
In this case, the controversy actually centers on the fact that the TCH, which the largest children’s hospital in the US AND THE WORLD, publicly declared in March 2022 that it was halting “hormone-related prescription therapies for gender-affirming services” for minors, citing potential legal and criminal liability after Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton declared that prescription of puberty blockers was “child abuse” under Texas law. HOWEVER, the documents leaked by Dr Haim purportedly showed that the hospital continued to perform some “gender-affirming” therapies after the announcement, including one procedure on an 11-year-old three days after it made the declaration. This obviously has significant ramifications for children in the US and world over. And so, Dt Hain was actually serving as a whistleblower against an institution that was breaking the law in this case and violating the rights of children who did not know better.
WHISTLEBLOWER FIRED AFTER ALLEGING MEDICAID FRAUD FOR CHILD GENDER MUTILATIONS
But, in addition to Dr Eithain Haim’s case, it became apparent that the Texas Children’s Hospital is resuming both child mutilation related practices, AND they (together with the Democratic regime) are intimidating whistleblowers who expose their diabolical activities. Recently, a nurse who alleged Texas Children’s Hospital engaged in Medicaid fraud to continue chemically castrating minors was fired last week. The nurse named Vanessa Sivadge recently informed investigative journalist Christopher Rufo that she was fired by the hospital on the 16th of August, which was just two months after accusing the hospital of billing Medicaid for child gender mutilation procedures—a violation of Texas law.
In addition, per the Texas Medicaid Provider Procedures Manual, “sex change operations” are “not benefits of Texas Medicaid.” State officials later clarified this language as precluding all gender-mutilation services from Medicaid. Attorney General Ken Paxton’s office and the state Office of Inspector General reportedly told lawmakers in July that they are investigating the potential violations of Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program funds. THE HOSPITAL MANIPULATES PARENTS BY THREATNENING THE SUICIDE OF CHILDREN
Now, there certainly have been responses to this problem at the TCH. At the federal level, U.S. Rep. Pete Sessions of Texas’ 17th Congressional District announced on July 18 that the committee he chairs was opening a joint investigation with another committee into the Medicaid fraud allegations. In addition, US Rep. Chip Roy of Texas’ 21st Congressional District has also sounded the alarm on the scandal. In late June, he sent a letter to US Attorney General Merrick Garland demanding answers about why the Biden-Harris administration targeted Haim.
HOWEVER, an actor that has not been prevalent in many discussions regarding this development are parents of children – and there is a major and concerning reason as to why. [PAUSE] A psychiatrist working with Texas Children’s Hospital’s child sex-change program explains how he circumvents “parental rights” concerns. He says that he actually does this by telling (but really threatening) families that if they do not affirm their child’s “preferred name and pronouns,” they will increase “the risk of suicide.” This is nothing short of manipulation!
But this problem is actually not exclusive to parents who may not have the political capital to challenge big institutions like the TCH. In fact, one parent who experienced this manipulation was Elon Musk, and he recently spoke about the experience of the corruption of his son, Xavier, by the woke mind virus. But, what is especially notable in his experience is that he ALSO was coerced into signing documents for his son’s treatment, without being told the full extent of what the puberty blockers would do to his son; AND was threatened wit the claim that his son would apparently commit suicide if he opted to do otherwise as a parent.
THE RECENT SCOTUS CASE IS A CULMINATION OF OPPOSITION TO THE GENDER AGENDA
It is also worth noting that this pushback towards the trans and gender agenda is not without context – in fact, we could go as far as to say that the case at the Supreme Court is a culmination of opposition towards gender ideology and the trans agenda. In fact, the recent US presidential elections then quickly revealed that these advocates of gender ideology and transgenderism are in the minority.
Let’s (once again) address this alleged threat of suicide, where children are denied so-called gender affirming care, as also articulated by Justice Sotomayor. I believe that this threat only has an impact because it is not actually analysed. And I do not necessarily blame parents for this: when a parent is told that their child is at risk of ending their life, that easily seems like the worst case scenario and thus has the potential to dilute their concerns about child mutilation, if they do not understand the full extent of the harms that child mutilation also brings. And so, compassion will likely move parents to want to save their children (at least as they are coerced to) – especially if they do not fully understand what the transition would mean for their children.
And so, to address this claim of suicide, let’s look at children (or former children) who are now speaking out against allowing minors to make choices that have an irreversable impact on them. SPOILER ALERT: these children and young adults are advocating hard against allowing minors to make such decisions because they are now dealing with the consequences of having been allowed to make decisions with permanent ramifications on the basis of temporary feelings. This is an excerpt from a documentary titled ‘THE GENDER AGENDA’, produced by the President of Loveworld Incorporated, and available on the Ceflix platform. He documentary zoomed in on cases of minors who were reflecting on having been allowed to make the decision to mutilate themselves.
What is interesting to note, is that children who opted for child mutilation, were actually coerced into it because even they were told they would end their lives if they did not transition! So, it appears that the threat of suicide originated from the medical practitioners who perform these surgeries of distribute the puberty blockers! SECONDLY, if children are not being told that THEY will end their lives if they do not opt for mutilation, they are often already struggling with mental health issues, like depression. Therefore, even in this instance, parents are not risking the lives of their children by refusing to opt for child mutilation – because the depression and mental health issue would exist independent of the option for mutilation or “transitioning”.
Finally, in refuting the suicide claim tha tis used to coerce parents, it is worth noting, especially from the young lady towards the end of the excerpt we just watched from the documentary, that a massive contributor to mental illness or depression is the regret that comes from having undergone the child mutilation processes and then realise that even when you detransition, you may never gain back your biological experiences and privileges, like starying a family. We all watched her weep and lament the sense that she does not think anyone can love her anymore, which I genuinely hope she knows is not true, because even if she was the only person on earth, Christ would have still died for her in his unwavering love for her.
But, thankfully, children are getting increasingly aware of this tactic to undermine parental rights, and this actually brings us to a testimony of a de-transitioner that we once discussed in a different context – her name being Chloe Cole – and she highlights that her parents, who did not fully understand th world of transgenderism, were threatened with her alleged suicide, thus coercing them into a diffuct choice.
CHILD ABUSERS ARE PROFITING FROM MUTILATING CHILDREN
So, if suicide is not the issue being cured through child mutilation interventions, then what are these child abusers actually after? Well, at the centre of the gender agenda is the depopulation agenda. The same people and cabal-linked organisations that function under the influence of a Malthusian catastrophe tend to support and even fund trans-related legislation and endeavours. For instance, a number of LGBT organisations are funded by George Soros entities, as we have previously discussed. There are essentially people with a vested interest in the gentital mutilation of (especially) the younger demographic and the promulgation of ideals that contradict the family structure that allows for the proliferation of humans of the earth.
In addition, many of the medical practitioners and insurance companies behind this child mutilation scheme are in it for profit. It is simply about creating an opportunity to make money off of children that these individuals have clearly dehumanised, and reduced to mere numbers on a spreadsheet. In fact, the transgender medical hoax has become a $4 billion industry, double what it was ten years ago, and it is projected to almost double again by 2030. In the US, for example, The initial impetus for the growth was the quiet inclusion of coverage for transgender surgery and hormone therapy in the Obamacare bill. That provision drove a 50 percent increase in revenue between 2010 and 2016. In 2016, just before Obama left office, a bill was passed requiring private insurers also to provide transgender coverage. That resulted in a 150 percent increase transgender care revenues. Chris Moritz, a policy analyst and investment banker peels back the shroud of secrecy covering the industry.
But, we have surely prayed, and continue to pray. They will live in our world, and we will not live in theirs. AND, when we make the agenda of the adversary plain, the veil of deception is indeed being broken – in fact, Proverbs 11:9 tells us that “…through knowledge shall the just be delivered.”
