Pastor Chris Oyakhilome Declares February As The Month Of Wisdom

In the February edition of the Global Communion Service, Pastor Chris emphasized God’s powerful plan for this year, with many people around the world coming to Christ and receiving the Holy Spirit. He reminded the congregation that when God wants to make an impact in a community or the world, He often chooses individuals who are willing to follow His purpose.
Pastor Chris encouraged everyone to lay a strong foundation for the year by actively planning and collaborating with the Holy Spirit. He stressed that the way you begin the year, particularly in the first quarter, sets the trajectory for success. While many make resolutions or set goals, they often fail to achieve them because they don’t align their efforts with God’s guidance and the Holy Spirit’s direction.
The key to success is not just prayer but an understanding of God’s word and following His lead. Even though people may say that the future is uncertain, Pastor Chris shared that if you study God’s word and seek His guidance, He will reveal what’s ahead and direct your steps.
The message of the month was centered around Wisdom, as declared by the Holy Spirit. Pastor Chris explained that wisdom, as defined by God, is “insight into reality” or “insight into truth.” The world’s philosophers and dictionaries may attempt to define wisdom, but they fall short because they do not understand the true essence of reality or truth. According to the Bible, wisdom comes from God alone, and it was uniquely given to Solomon, surpassing anyone before or after him until Jesus.
Pastor Chris reminded the global audience that the wisdom of God is available for all who seek it, and this understanding of wisdom will help guide them through the year and beyond.
