USAID as a Tool of Neo Colonisation

During the YLS Season 11 Phase 3 Grand Finale with the President of Loveworld Inc. highlighted that there are groups in governments that use the power of the state for their gain, and the advancements of diabolical schemes. And in light of this, he also discussed critical nuances relating to USAID. Well, revelations about the evil doings of the Orwellian-monikered “United States Agency of International Development” (USAID) reveal a roadmap to totalitarian control unwittingly funded by America’s taxpaying proles.
USAID’s clandestine machinations have long focused on controlling local and global food supplies as “soft colonization” by multinational chemical, agricultural, and financial corporations. And European farmers revolting against climate, wildlife, and animal rights policies are harbingers of this issue – and we ought to discuss this further.
THE TANGLED NATURE OF “FOREIGN AID”
Peter Bauer once said that foreign aid is the means by which poor people in rich countries are forced to give money to rich people in poor countries. We saw this for instance when people of North Carolina who were homeless because of the hurricane had not received help from FEMA because the money allocated to that agency went toward illegal immigrants’ welfare and also because some had “Vote Trump” signs in their yard.
Nor is the problem exclusively with individual nations. The United States is the largest contributor to the United Nations, paying 22 percent of the $5.4 billion core UN budget and 28 percent of the $7.9 billion UN peacekeeping budget. Yet, two-thirds of the world was on America’s welfare rolls.  And remember the Covid fiasco? During the height of it, for over two years businesses were ordered closed by Democrats in an orgiastic display of power and subjugation. People lost their jobs while the politicians kept getting a paycheck. Inside the “stimulus package” they passed: the politicians in the US bestowed $600 of their own money back to each citizen as compensation for Democrats imposing lockdowns that resulted in their loss of livelihood for over a year. And in that “stimulus package,” they then sent $25 million to Pakistan, ten of which went to “gender programs,” $700 million to Sudan, $250 million to Palestinians, $85 million to Cambodia, $134 million to Myanmar, and $11 billion to various African countries. This corrupt and unaccountable distribution of funds is the reason why there have been critiques given against president Trump’s decision to halt aid through USAID, with people discussing how it will apparently result in an aids epidemic, for instance. AND YET, these funds have predominantly been going towards funding criminal conduct, including terrorist organisation.
THE CURATION OF NEO COLONISATION THROUGH USAID
The roots of the current globalist plan to “save humanity from climate change” linkS directly to the infamous Kissinger Report, which called to control world food supplies and agriculture as part of a globalist collaboration between nation-states and NGOs to advance US national security interests and “save the world” from human overpopulation using “fertility reduction technologies.” Kissinger’s 1974 Report was created by USAID, the CIA, and various federal agencies, including the USDA.
Fast forward to the 2003 Iraq War, justified using fear-mongering propaganda about weapons of mass destruction. The US-led occupation of Iraq became a profiteering channel for colonising corporations led by USAID. Notably, Iraq held diverse agricultural products: many of the grains, fruits, and vegetables that now feed the world were developed there. Iraq’s farmers saved back 97% of their seed stocks from their own harvests before the US invasion. Under Paul Bremer, Rule 81 (which was never fully implemented) sought to institute GMO cropping and patented seed varieties, as Cargill, Monsanto, and other corporations descended upon the war-ravaged nation using American tax dollars and USAID.
Well, that playbook was more quietly implemented during the Ukraine War, once again orchestrated by USAID. Before the Russian special military operation on February 24, 2022, Ukraine was the breadbasket of Europe, prohibiting GMO technologies and restricting land ownership to Ukrainians. Within months of US intervention, USAID assisted in the dismantling of these protections in the name of “land reforms,” free markets, financial support, improved agricultural efficiency, and rescuing the Ukrainian people. In just two years, over half of Ukraine’s farmland became the property of foreign investors. GMO seeds and drone technology were “donated” by Bayer Corporation, and companies such as GMO seed-seller Syngenta and German chemical manufacturer BASF became the dominant agricultural “stakeholders” in war-torn Ukraine. Russia may withdraw, but Ukraine’s foreign debts, soil degradation, and soft or neo colonisation have a notable mark.
USAID IS NOT A “HUMANITARIAN” EFFORT; IT’S A CIA FRONT
The curation of neo colonisation by USAID is critical to note because USAID is not (and has never been) a “humanitarian” effort. It’s a CIA front. In exchange for American tax dollars, the US through USAID has asked countries to change their laws, accept abortion, promote transgenderism in their schools, open their markets to multinational corporations, and allow us to conduct military operations on their soil. And yet the American people don’t know anything about it. It’s all wrapped up in the euphemism of “humanitarian assistance.”
Therefore, here is  what happens when president Trump, Musk and DOGE succeed in prying open the lid to this operation: it means that the bureaucrats lose control of one of their many hiding places. The Intelligence Community loses one of its more “useful tools” for regime change. And the American people might finally get to see just how much of their hard-earned money has been used not to build schools or feed the hungry, but to manipulate foreign governments and maintain our empire of influence.
USAID HAS ALSO BEEN A CIA TOOL FOR THE DESTABILISATION OF NATIONS
But, this is less jarring if we observe the projects that USAID has been involved in in years prior; specifically projects that are not related to health. You’d recall our discussion on Nicaragua. A USAID document laid out a blueprint for regime change in Nicaragua. The document detailed information on the 2018 protests in Nicaragua as well as similar operations in other countries targeted by the US, such as Venezuela.
In particular, a report by the Council on Hemispheric Affairs (COHA) revealed a guide to regime change in Nicaragua by USAID. The document, which dates to March-April of 2020, describes in frank terms how the agency, which maintains close ties with the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), could create or exploit a variety of scenarios to remove then democratically-elected Nicaraguan President Daniel Ortega and his FSLN party from power in or around the 2021 elections, which were upcoming at the time. It is said that many of the tactics outlined in the USAID document can be observed in the demonstrations that rocked Nicaragua in the summer of 2018.
But on the document itself, and how it inspired the coup, it was, essentially, a contract hiring coup plotters – a ‘coup-plotters for hire’-type contract. And it’s really astounding how the whole document is based on the premise that Americans can impose a better version of democracy for the Nicaraguan people. It talks about a crisis and a transition, and all of that is code-speak for basically bringing about a coup. [PAUSE] All of this is evidence to the fact that USAID is NOT an aid body. When we see USAid, some assume (as it was intended by those behind the name) that the inclusion of the word “Aid” is a reference to aid itself. Rather, “USAID” is an initialism, meaning “US Agency for International Development”, meaning (as stated earlier) that USAID is a CIA front, a tool of regime change (typically for the State Department), and conduit for dependency of the US.
Furthermore, we see this also in Ukraine. RFK Jr exposed that during the Ukrainian riots in 2014, the US, through USAID, covertly funded the unrest, leading to the overthrow of Ukraine’s neutral, and democratically elected government – under Victor Yanukhovyc. A month prior to the overthrow, a now-public secret call between Victoria Nuland and Ukraine’s US ambassador occurred, “where Nuland was picking the new cabinet for Ukraine.”
USAID IS ALSO CULPABLE IN THE CLIMATE CHANGE-CHARGED WAR ON FOOD
Interestingly, USAID is also culpable in the climate change-charged war on food. In essence, the UN, WTO, WHO, and WEF all conspire to peddle a false narrative that cows and peasant farmers are destroying the planet, and that chemical-dependent GMO monocropping, synthetic fertilizers, and patented fake meats and bug burgers must be implemented (by force if necessary) to “rescue humanity”. And yet, the Netherlands has been committed to robust agricultural development following a Nazi embargo that deliberately inflicted mass famine following their collaboration with Allied Forces in Operation Market Garden. France boasts the highest cow population in all of Europe. Ireland’s culture is tightly linked to farming as part of its history during the (British-assisted) Irish Potato Famine. Well, the corporate and NGO cabal that is uprooting and targeting farmers in these nations and across the EU in the name of staving off climate change and preserving wildlife is actually a direct outcropping of Kissinger’s grand dystopian scheme launched through USAID in 1974.
This is referring to the National Security Study Memorandum 200, written by Henry Kissinger and company that detailed a plan for collisions between the US government, United Nations, and NGOs such as planned parenthood to enact population control measures in foreign nations. We are seeing it with organisations like the UN calling for a reduction in red meat consumption, or the WEF trying to make people eat bugs. We especially saw it with the vaccine holocaust and the severe decline in fertility rates as soon as the WHO showed up in any less developed country for immunisation programs. This is also why they refuse to remove thimerosal from vaccines sent to less developed countries because mercury is known to cause infertility, spontaneous abortions, and general neurological damage in the child in a manner that affects whether they have children later on, or even enter into adulthood.
USAID IS ALSO CULPABLE IN CHILD TRAFFICKING NETWORK
Well, when we understand that USAid has been involved in operations that fund terrorist organisations, orchestrated coups and regime change, and even funded the Wuhan institute of virology that was at the centre of the COVID plandemic, you can already gauge the the moral compass and standing of such and organisation. However, unfortunately, it is much worse than political manipulations of nations – it also has harmed the wellbeing of children in less developed nations. More specifically, The democrat establishment, through the US government’s capacity, funneled $797 million to Guatemala, turning it into the Child Kidnapping Capital of the world. Over 190k Guatemalan children trafficked into America w/your tax dollars via USAID.
ULTIMATELY, USAID IS AN EXPENSIVE FRAUD ORGANISATION
All of this to say, the President of Loveworld Incorporated was once again right about diabolical organisations that abuse state power, and also to give credence to what President Trump has been saying concerning USAID, especially when he remarked that the whole entity is an expensive fraud.
