Kash Patel’s Confirmation as FBI Director, and the Intelligence War

Kash Patel, who was president Donald Trump’s pick for FBI Director has now been confirmed so we will to discuss what Kash Patel has the potential to accomplish in this new role, and the broad consequences that this will have in the war against corrupt intelligence and establishments.
THE FBI HAS BEEN RIDDLED WITH CORRUPTION SINCE ITS INCEPTION
And now onto our main discussion on Kash Patel’s Confirmation as FBI Director, and the Intelligence War; and we ought to begin with the historical context behind the FBI’s establishment. In light of this, in 1908 the attorney general of the United States, Charles J. Bonaparte, filled the country’s need for a federal investigative body by establishing the Bureau of Investigation within the Department of Justice. In 1924 Attorney General Harlan Fiske Stone (later to become chief justice of the United States) reorganised the bureau and appointed J. Edgar Hoover its director. Reappointed to that post by successive attorneys general, Hoover was primarily responsible for the growth and professionalisation of the bureau in the 1920s and ’30s.
Then, in 1932, at Hoover’s direction, the bureau began issuing a national bulletin, “Fugitives Wanted by Police,” to publicise its work; the bulletin became the “Ten Most Wanted Fugitives” list in 1950. Also in 1932 the bureau established a technical laboratory, now based in Quantico, in Virginia, to carry out forensic analyses of handwriting, fingerprints, firearms, and other sources of information relevant to criminal investigations. But here’s what’s interesting: when the FBI was established, concerns of corruption, and a lack of oversight were highlighted, which is interesting because these are the very issues that have riddled the FBI till date.
As alluded to, the FBI has faced allegations of corruption and misuse of power since its inception in 1908. Critics point to its involvement in political surveillance, such as COINTELPRO, targeting civil rights leaders like Martin Luther King Jr., and suppressing dissenting voices. Efforts to address these issues included the Church Committee’s investigation in the 1970s, which exposed abuses and led to reforms aimed at improving oversight. However, recurring controversies around biased investigations, overreach, and secrecy suggest systemic issues persist, highlighting the need for continued scrutiny to maintain accountability and public trust.
Now, the controversial engagements of the FBI go as far back as after the 9/11 incident. But, in the status quo, the lack of trust for the FBI is important to note because the FBI’s history of scandals and controversies has fuelled both Republican scepticism of the agency, and the accountability-centric focus of the new Trump administration as well. And this was especially amid the fallout from the raid on President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate, where the FBI even planted documents during the raid; thus leading to calls for Jack Smith and any FBI agent involved to be arrested.
Furthermore, on September 4, 2013, James Comey became the 7th director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. This was the first change in leadership at the bureau since the 9/11 attacks and it was supposed to provide Congress, the president, and the attorney general the opportunity to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the FBI’s post-9/11 policies and programs. What emerged was that over the last 12 years, the FBI has become a domestic intelligence agency with unprecedented power to peer into the lives of ordinary Americans and secretly amass data about people not suspected of any wrongdoing. That power has inevitably led to persistent and unconstitutional abuses of authority.
For instance, is the abuse of the patriot act. The revelation about the FBI using the Patriot Act’s “business records provision” to track all US telephone calls is only one example in a long line of abuse. Five Justice Department Inspector General audits documented widespread FBI misuse of Patriot Act authorities and a federal district court struck down the National Security Letter (NSL) statute because of its unconstitutional gag orders. The Inspector General also revealed the FBI’s unlawful use of “exigent letters” that claimed false emergencies to get private information without NSLs, but in 2009 the Justice Department secretly re-interpreted the law to allow the FBI to get this information without emergencies or legal process. In addition to this, Congress and the American public did not know the full scope of the FBI’s spying on Americans under the Patriot Act and all other surveillance authorities enacted since 9/11, like the FISA Amendments Act that underlies the PRISM program!
Then there was also the 2008 Amendments to the Attorney General’s Guidelines. In essence, Attorney General Michael Mukasey re-wrote the FBI’s rulebook in the final months of the Bush administration, giving FBI agents unfettered authority to investigate people without any factual basis for suspecting wrongdoing! Can you imagine that? And no donut this is continuing today, seeing the FBI’s target of Catholics without significant ground except an unqualified presumption that Christitans are radicals. In any case, the 2008 Attorney General’s Guidelines created a new kind of intrusive investigation called an “assessment,” which required no “factual predicate” before FBI agents could search through government or commercial databases, conduct overt or covert FBI interviews, and task informants to gather information about people or infiltrate lawful organisations. In a two-year period from 2009 to 2011, the FBI opened over 82,000 “assessments” of individuals or organisations, less than 3,500 of which discovered information justifying further investigation.
DEMOCRATS TRIED TO DISSUADE KASH PATEL FROM PURSUING ACCOUNTABILITY
Having established this context on the FBI, we also need to address what has arised in the confirmation hearings leading to Kash Patel’s confirmation. And we especially ought to revisit when Senator Richard Blumenthal asked Kash Papel if he would not go against FBI agents who really were involved in the weaponisation of the institutions of the US against the political rivals of the Democrat party, while protecting people like Hunter Biden, it became obvious that Democrats don’t even care anymore. All they want is what serves their individual interests, OR whatever Donald Trump does not want 0 that is the gist of what most Democrats advocate for. And not the best interests of Americans.
This proves that Democrats are the party of the big government, big pharma and even a corrupt and unaccountable intelligence complex. We spent time discussing where this issue of a lack of accountability in American intelligence emanated from, and what it has cost Americans and foreign nations. And yet, in this very dispensation, Democrats would rather pander to and protect all of these corrupt institutions and complexes – AT THE EXPENSE OF THE BEST INTERESTS OF AMERICANS – than to concede that the status quo is riddled with problems that urgently need to be fixed, and stand behind the mandate that God and Americans have given to Donald Trump.
Again, NO! It is NOT that those FBI agents deserve to be protected from Trump retribution; it is that they want them protected from retribution entirely! Ut, let’s take a moment to also appreciate Kash Patel’s response, because it really is essential. It depicts a respect for the functional institutions of the country, a commitment to accountability without weapoising those very institutions (especially when Kash Patel said that all FBI agents will be protected for political retribution) – but, he does not rule out accountability that is just. The reason why Senator Richard Blumenthal is not satisfied with what is an obviously good response is because he sees accountability as inherently the same as a political witch-hunt. But, the only reason he would defend what is obviously fallacious thinking is because that is what his party does. THEY weaponised the institutions of justice against president Trump in the guise of accountability, and so they assume that he and the people he appointed function at the same level as them.
Now, to be clear, Trump has certainly said that he is going against people who weaponised institutions of justice against him. But, he has made these remarks in light of holding them accountable for what was obviously corrupt behaviour, which is to say that Trump’s focus has been on institutional rot, and not so much individuals – which is not to say that he does not problematice or indicate an interest in prosecuting certain figures, rather it is that the emphasis he places is often on broader problems. In fact, even with respect to Hilalry Clinton (remember, he said she would be in jail), well when asked why he did not go after her in his first term, he expressed that he had no interest in weaponising the institutions of justice against her.
KASH PATEL’S CONFIRMATION MEANS IT IS A DIFFICULT TIME TO BE SENATOR ADAM SCHIFF
And this is where Adam Schiff also comes in. Kash Patel’s confirmation is an inconvenience to Senator Adam Schiff. As a result, the confirmation has sparked political controversy, particularly from Senator Adam Schiff who has criticised Patel’s qualifications and integrity. Schiff has also been vocal about legislative measures to ensure President Trump cannot dismiss his criminal cases. However, when you understand the relationship between Trump, Patel and Adam Schiff, especially with respect to Senator Adam Schif’s role in propagating the Trump Russiagate scandal, you understand why he feels so strongly about Kash Patel.
KASH PATEL UNDERSTANDS THE ILLS OF THE WEAPONISATION OF THE FBI
Now, let’s proceed to discuss Kash Patel’s potential in addressing the ills in the FBI, because it certainly is great. And I would argue that this is in part because Kash Patel is not only a patriot (who cares about genuine service to his country), but also because he has an empirical understanding of the weaponisation of American intelligence against Americans. Much like how now Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, was put under the quiet skies terror list by the Biden Harris administration after criticising it, Kash Patel was also investigated in light of the Russiagate scandal, and ironically, it is because he asked that the Russiagate scandal be investigated! He only found this out 5 years when the legal time for Google to disclose the investigation had lapsed.
KASH PATEL UNDERSTANDS THAT THE DEEP STATE IS A CRUCIAL ENEMY TO DESTROY
Now, as you may already have inferred, understanding the rot in American intelligence, including the FBI, is essential for understanding the role of the deep state in American and global politics. Well, having an FBI director who is conscious of the erosion caused by deep state entities and personalities has never been more crucial – especially for president Trump. Trump is running an America first agenda, which means that completely hamstrings the establishment’s capacity to use the US to champion its agendas.
Think about it: for the longest time, the US has been the forerunner in NATO (and the one-world, one global militia agenda), the US was pivotal in the vaccination agenda during COVID, America is notorious for the childhood vaccination schedule, America also allowed fluoride in water (even when European countries rejected it), America has the worst obesity problem in the world, they even implemented the Monsanto Protection Act (also known as HR 933) during Obama’s term. America also has a fiat currency that is backed only by propaganda (and will one day crash), and even has the most debt in the world! All of this is to say that establishments have used America as a model for their agendas. Trump, however, has disrupted those plans, and having an FBI director who understands this is an asset.
KASH PATEL’S PLAN TO FIX THE FBI, AND FIGHT THE ESTABLISHMENT
So, Kash Patel is certainly aware of the corruption and rot that is in the FBI and the broad ramifications it has had on the American government and the world at large. But, it is one thing to know, and another to have a plausible plan on how to directly address the root cause of the problems. Well, here’s what Kash Patel has said with respect to addressing the rot in the FBI.
DEVELOPMENT: EPSTEIN AND DIDDY LISTS SET FOR RELEASE
So, that’s the FBI, but, I want to sneak in a crucial development tied to work that the FBI has been involved in, even though we are hearing more about this fro mthe office of the US attorney general – and that is work regarding paedophile rings in the US and the world at large.
More specifically, Attorney General Pam Bondi has confirmed the imminent release of documents pertaining to Jeffrey Epstein and Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, as directed by President Donald Trump. This action follows Trump’s campaign promise to disclose such records, aimed at increasing transparency regarding high-profile legal issues. The documents are expected to detail associates or activities linked to Epstein and Combs, though the specific content remains undisclosed.
Clearly, the US is on a new path that places America and Americans first. The intelligence community in the US is not exempt. For long have the CIA, FBI and NSA (and others) have been weaponised against Americans, and even other nations. It is time that these bodies are subject to adequate accountability, and are re-oriented to serve their country without infringing on the inalienable rights of its country men. Well, we have surely prayed, and continue to pray. Therefore, in this glorious Year of Completeness, all satanic and globalist agendas are suspended; they will live in our world, and we will not live in a world curated by the intelligence complex, as we wrap up the Church age. And so, let us keep fighting the good fight of faith, because we have truly already won.
