Civic society groups say the ruling Zanu-PF party should not be allowed anywhere near state drought food aid distribution.This as they are historically notorious for weaponising state aid by denying aid to opposition supporters in rural areas. A Zanu-PF party spokesperson says the party will be involved in distributing state food aid to stricken areas
